Truck falls into river

A sixteen wheeler truck crashed through 20 meters of the railing of a bridge on Asian Highway 2 and fell into the Changa river. The truck was on its way to Bihar from Tripura when the mishap occurred late last night. The driver lost control while trying to overtake another vehicle on the bridge. Locals were woken up with the sound of the crash and managed to rescue the driver, who was seriously injured and his assistant.
