Duo involved in stabbing incident of Ward 15 arrested in Siliguri.

Two persons were arrested by the Siliguri Metropolitan Police, for an incident that took place, in Ward 15, on the night of the 11th of November, where one of the accused had stabbed a schoolteacher after he protested when they almost hit him with their bike at a high speed. The accused, then abused and attacked the victim with a sharp knife and fled leaving him bleeding. Later a police complaint was lodged against the accused after which the police arrested the duo. The accused are said to have the support of some TMC leaders. They were produced at the Siliguri court.
